The double-locking mechanism features twist locks at both ends of the steel carabiner to ensure secure attachment. Made of forged alloy steel for strength, the twist-lock carabiner is also plated with zinc dichromate to resist rust and corrosion. Safe for heavy weights and workers, the safety carabiner is proof tested to 3,600 lbs. (16kN). The minimum tensile strength is 5,000 lbs. (22.2kN), and the maximum working load is 400 lbs. (181kg).
